Frazier was added as Sammy Watkins, and Robert Woods are dinged up. Frazier will not make an impact in fantasy, but gives the Bills real life depth if they need it.
The 2015 Draft's Mr. Irrelevant has already spent time with the Bills once this season, and will look to crack the active roster. Even if that happens, he will not have much value for fantasy owners. Charles Clay is the only TE in Buffalo with any sort of fantasy potential, even though he has had a down year so far in 2016.
Before his exit, Shumpert put up two points, three assists, and two rebounds in 14 minutes off the bench. J.R. Smith and Mike Dunleavy figure to get any minutes Shumpert forfeits.
Pressley has spent time with the Vikings and the Packers so far in 2016, and now he will attempt to crack the Falcons active roster. It would take a considerable amount of injury to the Falcons backfield for him to make an impact in fantasy.
He was cut from the practice squad earlier in the week, to make room for fellow wideout, Marquis Bundy. The Cardinals are beat up at wide receiver, with both John Brown and Michael Floyd listed as questionable at the present time. Arizona has a bye coming up in Week 9, so the injured WRs will have some time to heal that may impact Hubert's playing time.
Foye is dealing with a minor hamstring strain suffered in practice. Bojan Bogdanovic will be asked to start in place of Foye, who is expected to be back for the the second game of the season on Friday against the Pacers. Sean Kilpatrick as the backup to Bogdanovic should also see a chance to put more minutes on the stat sheets.
