Thunder head coach Scott Brooks said he does not know Kevin Durant's status for Friday's game against the Lakers or beyond.

We may have a better idea of Durant's status Thursday, but for now consider him day-to-day. Andre Roberson played 34 minutes Thursday thanks to Durant's injury, and he may be the Thunder player to pick up if Durant is out for some time.

Trevor Ariza scored 10 points (0-4 3PA) grabbed eight rebounds, and recorded four steals in the Rockets 99-90 loss to the Pelicans on Thursday.

All throughout this season, the Rockets have lived and died by the three ball, and Thursday night was no different. His stat line may look solid, but the Rockets really missed Ariza's three point shooting against the Pelicans. Ariza has been one of the better marksmen from behind the arc this season as he has made the sixth most threes in the league, and it appears that without him being on his game, the Rockets are not nearly as dangerous as they appear. Look for Houston to try to bounce back on Friday in yet another tough game against the Hawks.

Dwight Howard scored 17 points, grabbed 13 rebounds, and recorded three blocks as the Rockets lost to the Pelicans on Thursday night.

Howard played efficient basketball in a losing effort against the Pelicans. His stat line looks nice, but in crunch time, Superman could have looked for his shot or demanded for the ball a little more on Thursday night. From a fantasy perspective, it was good to see Howard back to being himself after a long layoff during his injury. Any fantasy owner will take a 17 point, 13 rebound, three block game any night of the week.

Kevin Durant is out for the rest of the game with a mild right ankle sprain.

Durant's fantasy owners likely breathed a sigh of relief at the word "mild" though he could still miss significant time even with a mild sprain. Perry Jones should be a nice fantasy play with Durant out, though it is too early to rush out to add Jones.

James Harden scored 21 points, grabbed seven rebounds, and recorded five assists in a losing effort on Thursday night.

Harden's struggles from the floor on Thursday night (8-23 FGA) were masked in the box score as he was able to still manage a 21-7-5 night. Where his struggles really showed up were in the final score, where the Rockets lost to the Pelicans by nine (99-90). When it became apparent that his shot wasn't falling, he should have looked to feed Howard more, but instead he tallied a poor shot selection and played porous defense as usual, which left the Rockets unable to answer the bell. Harden, up to this point has been having a MVP caliber season, so for this reason, he gets a pass on Thursday night. Don't expect another shooting struggle like this one from him any time soon.

Omer Asik scored only two points but was able to grab 11 rebounds on Thursday for the Pelicans as they defeated the Rockets 99-90.

Asik struggled on Thursday as he only was able to manage two points. His 11 rebounds however, were integral to the Pelicans 99-90 victory over the

Ryan Anderson scored 16 points and grabbed six rebounds off the bench for the Pelicans as they defeated the Rockets 99-90 on Thursday night.

Anderson was relatively quiet off the bench on Thursday night as he only knocked down one three pointer. His 16 points were however, integral in the Pelicans 99-90 victory over the Rockets. Don't expect another night from Anderson where he only records a single triple.

Jrue Holiday recorded 16 points and 10 assists as the Pelicans defeated the Rockets on Thursday night.

Holiday provided some solid production on Thursday night as he recorded a double-double with 16 points and 10 assists. Holiday single handedly provided Anthony Davis with the looks and space that he needed to operate, on his way to a 30 point night.

Anthony Davis scored 30 points, grabbed 14 rebounds, and recorded five blocks in the Pelicans 99-90 victory over the Rockets on Thursday night.

The Big Unibrow looks like he has fully recovered from his chest injury as he dominated Dwight Howard and the Rockets on Thursday. Stat lines such as 30 points, 10+ rebounds, and 3+ blocks, are performances that fantasy owners and Pelicans fans alike have become accustomed to. Expect Davis to continue his torrid pace this season as he hopes to contend for the MVP and bring the Pelicans to the playoffs.

Update: Perry Jones will start the second half in place of Kevin Durant, who's likely done for the night.

Jones has had little fantasy value since returning from a knee injury, but that would likely change if Kevin Durant's latest injury is serious. Jones would likely see most of Durant's minutes, with Anthony Morrow, Andre Roberson and Jeremy Lamb playing more as well.
