Louis Nix is making progress during his rehab and is on schedule. He is working out and running.

The rookie third-rounder from Notre Dame was placed on IR early this season to allow him sufficient time to rehab his knee after undergoing arthroscopic surgery in the offseason prior to training camp.

Andre Johnson (concussion) is listed as probable for Sunday.

Johnson will be back on the field Sunday as he's received his clearance via the league's concussion protocol and practiced with the team. Now it's a matter of how he fares with Case kennum under center once again. The two struggled to see eye-to-eye last season, so how their on-field rapport will be this week against a tough Ravens defense should be interesting to see. You can probably use him as a third wideout with the upside of a WR2, but that's probably stretching it.

Arian Foster (hip) fully participated in practice Friday.

No concerns for Foster this week and despite the fact that the Ravens have the fifth-ranked run defense in the NFL, he should be started in all formats as the Texans are going to rely heavily on him this week with Case Keenum under center.

Andre Johnson (concussion) did not participate in practice Friday.

Johnson looks like he will miss his second straight week due to a concussion. He may return for Week 17 if he can pass protocol, but the Texans have no reason to rush their veteran wide receiver. With emergency QB Case Keenum filling in for the Texans, it's tough to imagine any receivers in the Houston pass game having any value, especially with Hopkins possibly out with an ankle injury.

Arian Foster (hip) was limited in practice Thursday.

Foster is in no danger of missing Sunday's game and if you've rode the train all the way the fantasy football finals this week, you can't jump off now. The Ravens have a tough run defense, but Foster is a must start in all formats.

DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) a game-time decision for Sunday.

With Andre Johnson likely out, the Texans may be relying on a scrapheap of players at wide receiver if Hopkins is unable to play. With that said, if Hopkins does play, expectations should be extremely tempered as Case Keenum will most likely be under center for the injury-ravaged Texans.

Head coach Bill O'Brien says Whitney Mercilus will play against the Ravens.

Mercilus didn't play last week against the Colts, but appears recovered enough from a back injury to suit up on Sunday. He has 44 tackles and four sacks on the season.

Garrett Graham (high ankle sprain) will not play against the Ravens.

With a high ankle sprain, Graham is likely going to miss the final two games of the season for the Texans. The veteran tight end has 18 receptions for 197 yards and a touchdown this year.

Andre Johnson passed concussion protocol and will play Sunday.

While Johnson may be returning from his concussion, his old nemesis Case Keenum, is expected to be under center for the Texans. If you remember from last year, Johnson had a major problem with Keenum not showing him the love on the field he claimed to deserve and saw a dramatic decline in targets. Maybe, for the sake of fantasy owners, the two can come together for this week and shine bright.

Texans coach Bill O'Brien is delaying an official announcement as long as possible, but every expectation is that Case Keenum will start Sunday against the Ravens.

Keenum isn't too far removed from his time spent with the Texans and has a much better familiarity with the offense and the personnel. He doesn't offer a huge upgrade to Thad Lewis, but enough that the Texans would prefer him under center. If Andre Johnson were playing, there might be a reason to consider Keenum as a potential sleeper, but with just Hopkins and limited upside at the tight end position, the Ravens defense should hold him in check.
