Andre Johnson (non-injury) did not practice Friday, but he is probable for Week 12 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

No word on exactly why Johnson didn't practice but the Texans insist that it is not injury related at all. It should not affect his ability to play Sunday, so check his status prior to game time to be sure, but figure that you'll be able to use him.

Texans coach Bill O'Brien said Arian Foster (groin) would be worked out prior to the game Sunday, to see if he can play.

On the bright side, at least the Texans are playing early Sunday, so we'll have our answer in time to make the necessary adjustments.Foster put in a limited practice Wednesday, but sat out both Thursday and Friday which is obviously not a good sign. He is a true game-time decision, but even if he does play, you have to expect that, because of his condition, he's going to have to share carries with Alfred Blue. That obviously kills the value of both, but at least you know now that you probably want to explore a different avenue unless there's some miraculous turnaround.

Ryan Mallett (chest) practiced in full on Friday.

Mallet was a little banged up after last week's win over Houston but he is fully expected to play this week when the Texans host the Bengals. It's not the worst match-up in the world as the Bengals give up roughly 250 passing yards per game, but they have also allowed just 11 passing touchdowns all year which is the lowest in the NFL. It's their run defense that stinks so bad, so look for a big start from the ground game and hope that it opens things up for Mallet eventually.

Arian Foster (groin) is listed as questionable for Sunday's game.

Foster said Wedensday that he hoped to play, but now after missing practice both Thursday and Friday, even if he does suit up, it's unlikely that he sees a huge number of carries. In fact, he will probably share the workload with Alfred Blue, making both worthy of a potential flex play, but only in desperate circumstances.

Ryan Mallett (chest) practiced in full Thursday.

Mallett will have his work cut out for him when he faces Cincinnati on Sunday as they are one of the better pass defenses in the NFL. Nevertheless, he had a solid showing against Cleveland and will look to build it this weekend.

NFL Insider Jason La Canfora said it's not looking good for Arian Foster (groin) again this week.

Foster was able to practice on Wednesday but did not practice today and is considered questionable for Sunday. If Foster can't go Alfred Blue will once again be the starting back which will make him a very appealing option especially in Daily Leagues.

Arian Foster (groin), Jadeveon Clowney (knee), Brian Cushing (knee) and Johnathan Joseph (knee) were all limited participation on Thursday.

Arian Foster is being considered a game-time decision, but even if he does play, Alfred Blue will likely see his fair share of touches. Clowney, Cushing, and Joseph should all start for Houston without any issues.

Arian Foster (groin) will be a game-time decision Sunday.

Par for the course right now. Even if Foster is able to play, he'll likely share the carries with Alfred Blue, thus damaging both of their fantasy values. Expect updates Friday and Saturday, but since he's going to be a game-time decision, you may want to get that contingency plan in place.

Jadeveon Clowney (knee) was limited at Wednesday's practice.

The Texans are just being cautious here. They will limit Clowney at practice when needed. He will be rotated in once again and likely serve strictly as a pass rusher once again.

Brian Cushing (knee) was limited at Wednesday's practice.

The texans are just being cautious with Cushing during the mid-week work. He returned from his knee injury to record six tackles last week and should be just fine for this week's match-up.
