Steelers have terminated punter Adam Podlesh’s contract and released him from the team’s Reserve/Did Not Report List.

Podlesh last punted with the Bears in 2013. He had 68 punts for an average of 40.6 yards during his 2013 campaign for the Bears. He competed against Brad Wing for the starting punting position in Pittsburgh and lost.

Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin says he is not optimistic that Ryan Shazier (knee) will be able to play week 5.

Shazier is dealing with a sprained MCL and already missed last week. He's actually supposed to be out beyond Week 5 as well, but the team will take it week-by-week.

Cortez Allen recorded seven tackles and had one interception during the Steelers’ 27-24 loss to Tampa Bay on Sunday.

The fourth-year cornerback had a nice day on Sunday for the Steelers. He made his first interception of the season and also logged seven tackles. With Ike Taylor out, Pittsburgh is going to need Allen to step up on a banged up defense.

Shaun Suisham was 1-for-2 on field goal attempts and converted three extra-point attempts during the Steelers' loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

If only Suisham wouldn't have missed a field goal! Other than the one miss, Suisham did well on Sunday, but that missed field goal was the point differential in Pittsburgh's 27-24 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday. He'll continue to be a mid-low tiered kicking option.

Heath Miller caught 10 passes on 11 targets for 85 yards and a touchdown during the Steelers’ 27-24 loss to Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Miller was the prime target of Ben Roethlisberger on Sunday and put up a gaudy stat line, especially in PPR leagues. Today marked Miller's first touchdown of the 2014 season, but he is targeted often in the red zone, so you can expect that number to increase.

Markus Wheaton caught four passes on six targets for 57 yards during Pittsburgh's loss to Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Wheaton never saw the end zone on Sunday, but he still managed to go for 50-plus yards. He's an emerging wide receiver and should continue to see plenty of targets going forward.

Antonio Brown caught seven passes on 11 targets for 131 yards and two touchdowns during the Steelers' 27-24 loss to the Buccaneers on Sunday.

There's a reason why Antonio Brown is a top ten wideout and Sunday was a prime example. He went over 100 yards for the second time this year and now has 427 yards with five touchdowns through four games. There will be no regression with Brown. He is Ben Roethlisberger's favorite target and will continue to see the ball--and make big plays--in bunches.

LeGarrette Blount carried the ball four times for 25 yards during the Steelers' loss to Tampa Bay on Sunday.

A quiet day at the office for Blount; he only saw four carries in a losing effort. Going forward, Blount should continue to see plenty of chances in the red zone and that means plenty of opportunities to score touchdowns. He's a decent RB3 or RB4 going forward.

Le'Veon Bell carried the ball 19 times for 63 yards and caught six passes on seven targets for 46 yards during Pittsburgh's 27-24 loss to Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Bell was once again a PPR machine, but more was expected from him, especially in the touchdown department. Many believed that Bell would reach pay dirt at least once, but it didn't happen on Sunday. At this point, you should consider him a top-five player in PPR leagues.

Ben Roethlisberger completed 29-of-40 passes for 314 yards with three touchdowns in a loss to Tampa Bay on Sunday.

Roethlisberger had a great day, but the Steelers came up short in a 27-24 loss to Tampa Bay. He remains a strong QB2 going forward and certainly paid dividends for those that used him on their starting quarterback's bye week.
