Steve Hauschka was 2-for-2 on field goal attempts and converted two extra point attempts during the Seahawks' 26-28 loss to the Rams on Sunday.

Hauschka is 11-of-12 on attempts this season, and is one of the NFL's more reliable kickers. He'll be worth starting against the struggling Panthers next weekend.

Malcom Smith led the Seahawks' defense with 10 tackles during their 26-28 loss to the Rams on Sunday.

It was Smith's task to step up in the absence of the injured Bob Wagner, who was the core of the Seattle defense his season ended last week. They failed to sack or intercept Austin Davis, and also allowed the St. Louis running backs to gash them for 148 all-purpose yards. In fact, Seattle hasn't forced a turnover in any away game this season. If Sunday was any indication, the Hawks could be losing their "every week" fantasy label in a hurry.

Cooper Heifert caught three passes on six targets for 61 yards and a touchdown during the Seahawks' 26-28 loss to the Rams on Sunday.

Heifert was much better for fantasy than he was in real life Sunday, missing numerous block and looking generally lost on the football field. Starter Zach Miller has been dealing with an ankle injury, and his back-up Luke Wilson sat out with a groin injury Sunday. This made room for the third-string Heifert. The timetables are unknown for the other two TE's, and in spite of the touchdown catch, Heifert should be avoided no matter what.

Doug Baldwin caught seven passes on 11 targets for 123 yards and a touchdown during the Rams' 26-28 loss to the Seahawks on Sunday.

Baldwin seemed to be the biggest benefactor of the Percy Harvin deal. His whopping 11 targets let the team by a mile. It remains in question whether or not this is a one-week trend or something we can count on going forward. He'll be a boom-or-bust WR3 in Carolina next weekend.

Marshawn Lynch rushed 18 times for 53 yards and caught two passes for 18 yards during the Seahawks' 26-28 loss to the Rams on Sunday.

Money Lynch was bottled up by the Rams front seven who played their best game of the season. Lynch almost didn't get on the team bus after it was announced Friday that Percy Harvin was traded to the Jets, so it's a legit question whether or not he was mentally there for Sunday's game. He'll continue to be high-end RB1 as long he gets the workload.

Russell Wilson completed 23-of-36 passes for 313 yards and three touchdowns (one rushing) during the Seahawks' 26-28 loss to the Rams on Sunday. He also rushed seven times for 106 yards.

Russ did it all Sunday, leading the team by a comfortable margin in rushing and making plays downfield with his arm. Heading into Sunday's game the Rams hadn't recorded a single sack. They had three Sunday, which doesn't say much about the Seahawks' offensive line. They're on the road again next weekend when they take on a struggling Panthers team. The Seahawks locker room is obviously in flux, but Wilson's fantasy value is not. He's a top-of-the-line QB1 thanks to his incredibly high floor.

Doug Baldwin is expected to receive time as the slot receiver in Week 7.

The Seahawks have to make some changes to their receiving core now that Percy Harvin is gone. While Baldwin seems like a good pick up, the Seahawks don't throw the ball much and spread the ball around when they do throw it, which makes Baldwin a risky fantasy player that should not be in starting lineups.

Paul Richardson is active for Seahawks on Sunday.

The rookie out of Colorado has a chance to flourish with Percy Harvin gone. He is worth stashing in deep fantasy leagues because he could emerge as one of the top wideouts for the Seahawks.

Seahawks activated S Steven Terrell from the practice squad.

Terrell has appeared in one game this season and that was way back in week one. He'll be lucky to see the playing field and should be avoided in IDP leagues.
