Seahawks promoted Keavon Milton from the practice squad. Tight end Rashaun Allen has been placed on waivers.

The Seahawks will swap tight ends not heir active roster by releasing Rashuan Allen and elevating Keavon Milton from the practice squad. Milton will likely not have much of a role on offense this week as he is buried of the depth chart.

Marshawn Lynch (back) fully participated in practice Friday.

Lynch has been dealing with a back injury for much of this year, but it shouldn't effect his play much for the remainder of this season. Fantasy owners can delay him with confidence, a the injury shouldn't be an issue, though they should temper their expectations as Lynch is facing a stingy Cardinals defense and Seattle's o-line is missing multiple starters due to injury.

Seahawks C Max Unger (ankle, knee) and DE Demarcus Dobbs (ankle) are listed as doubtful for this week's game.

The Seahawks offensive line is currently in shambles, with Unger unlikely to play and Russell Okung already ruled out. Russell Wilson could be in for a beating with a offensive line missing a few starters against a harsh Cardinals defense. If Unger is out, Alvin Bailey is likely to get the start. Dobbs is also most likely not going to play, and if he is out, will be replaced by David King as backup defensive end.

Russell Okung (lung) will not play Sunday.

Okung will be sorely missed on Sunday but his rest is part of the bigger plan of the Seahawks making a run in playoffs. Its probably for the best that he doesn't try to push it because a bruised lung is nothing to mess around with. Expect Russell Wilson to have more pressure on him than usual, as he goes up against a strong Arizona pass rush with an understaffed offensive line.

Seahawks have signed Cliff Avril to a four-year extension worth $28.5 million with $16 million guaranteed,

Avril is a big part of the success the Seahawks defense has seen over the last two seasons. He currently has 20 tackles, 4.5 sacks and a forced fumble to his credit this season.

Paul Richardson (hamstring) did not practice Thursday.

Richardson had a very good game for the Seahawks this past Sunday, but was added to Thursday's injury report with a hamstring issue. This is a new problem for Richardson and that puts his status for Sunday night up in the air.

Marshawn Lynch (back) did not practice on Thursday.

The Seahawks are just giving the primary RB on their squad some rest. He will be playing on Sunday when the Seahawks take on the Cardinals in Arizona.

Seahawks signed TE Gator Hoskins to the practice squad and released safety Dion Bailey.

Cool name. Gator will provide depth for the Seahawks, but has very little chance of making their active roster.

The Seahawks have announced they've signed LB K.J. Wright to a four-year extension.

Wright is definitely deserving of a contract extension as he's tallied 96 tackles and two sacks this year. According to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport, Wright's deal is worth $27 million over four years.

Max Unger did not practice Wednesday, though he still has a chance to play Sunday, according to Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll.

Unger was expected to practice Wednesday, but he still has not recovered from Friday's practice. At this point it seems unlikely Unger could practice this week and recover in time for Sunday, though Carroll says Unger is close. Marshawn Lynch carried the ball 15 times for 39 yards in Seattle's first meeting with Arizona, and they need Unger back if they expect to have any success running the ball in the rematch.
