Marshawn Lynch (back) practiced in full on Friday.

Lynch's back seems to be fine and a full practice Friday is encouraging. Both the Seahawks and Lynch's fantasy owners are anxious for a potential repeat performance from last year's Super Bowl.

Christine Michael made it through the week of practice and is ready to play.

Michael will share back-up duties with Robert Turbin. Both will be behind Marshawn Lynch who is expected to be ready to go despite issues with his back earlier in the week.

Marshawn Lynch (back) did not practice Wednesday,

Should we worry about Beast Mode's status for this week? Probably not. He's dealt with back spasms before and sitting out Wednesday probably isn't too big a deal. Still, it never hurts to have a handcuff, even if it's just for the week, so consider Robert Turbin if you have room on your bench. Christine Michael still isn't ready.

Seahawks DE Bruce Irvin was fined $8,200 by NFL for late hit on Philip Rivers Sunday.

While Irvin received a fine, he is probably more concerned with getting ready for the Denver Broncos this weekend.

Coach Pete Carroll said that RB Christine Michael will practice in a limited role Wednesday, but "should be ready to go" Sunday.

Michael is still third on the depth chart behind Michael Turbin, and it does not appear that will change anytime soon. Michael has as much upside as anyone, but owning him right now is probably a waste of a roster spot.

Seahawks RB Christine Michael and LB Kevin Pierre-Louis will return to practice on Wednesday.

Michael has been inactive the past two games and is still the listed as their third string running back.

Head coach Pete Carroll said Marshawn Lynch's back issues are "ongoing." He will be monitored going forward.

Uh Oh! After an amazing week one performance, he barely got the ball in week two, and the back issue could be the main the reason why. Robert Turbin is Lynch's handcuff and even scored a touchdown in Sunday's game.

Steven Hauschka did not attempt a field goal during Sunday's 21-30 loss, but converted two extra points.

The Seahawks were unable to get their mojo going on offense which severely hindered the ability of Hauschka to make a difference in the game. He sank 2-of-2 attempts in week one. He's a middle-of-the-road option for fantasy.

Bobby Wagner led the Seattle Defense with 10 tackles during Sunday's 21-30 loss to the Chargers.

The Seattle defense was unable to force a turnover the entire game, which allowed the Chargers to control the clock to the chagrin of Pete Carrol. They have another high-powered offense on the horizon in the Denver Broncos. The Super Bowl rematch will take place in Seattle.

Marshawn Lynch carried the ball six times for 36 yards and caught 4 passes for 27 yards during Seattle's 21-30 loss to the Chargers on Sunday.

The six carried he had tied for the fewest he'd received in a game since donning the neon green and blue. It was an atypical performance from the Seahawks offensive stalwart. It's highly unlikely he sees fewer than 10 carries in game for the rest of the season. He's got a tough match-up versus Denver next week, but he's at home. He's an elite RB1 still.
