Jermaine O'Neal has several NBA suitors looking to add a big man to its roster. O'Neal said he'll make a decision early in 2015 whether to play or stay retired.

The Warriors, Clippers, and Cavaliers have all expressed interest, but so have the Mavericks and the Dallas/Forth Worth area is where O'Neal has his home. The big man was averaging 20 minutes per game last year for the Warriors but only average 7.9 points and 5.5 rebounds per game during what we all thought was his final year. Expect a decision to drag out but hopefully be resolved after the New Year.

Mavericks will now target free agent center Jermaine O'Neal.

O'Neal played in 44 games for the Warriors last season and would be decent depth for the Mavericks as he likely still has some gas left in the tank.

Philadelphia 76ers today announced they have signed power forward/center Furkan Aldemir.

Scouting reports on Aldemir promote him to be an aggressive rebounded and defender with an unpolished offensive game which should fit nicely on the 76ers team that is full of players with unpolished offensive potential. It will be interesting to see how quickly he fits into the 76ers rotation but he could be worth adding in fantasy formats in case he turns into a player like his countryman Omer Asik who is one of the NBA's best rebounders.

Coach Doc Rivers said the Clippers have interest in free-agent Ray Allen.

13 Dec, 06:08 PMSource

Ray Allen is choosing between five teams to sign with -- Bulls, Cavaliers, Warriors, Spurs and Wizards.

And we're all on the edge of our seat. We know what Allen brings to the table fantasy -wise and that value is dwindling with each day that passes. Cleveland was supposed to be his destination before the season opened but who knows what kind of minutes he would see there. There's no reason to get worked up over this decision, so if he signs, he signs. Let's not drag this out all year.

Warriors have reached out to Ray Allen.

The Cavaliers tried to sign Allen earlier this off-season to come and play with Lebron but he decided to retire so it will be interesting to see if he has had a change of heart now that the season is under way.

Ex-Cavaliers guard Will Cherry is signing with Zalgaris in Lithuania, a source said.

Doesn't look like we will be seeing Will Cherry in the NBA again any time soon as he has just signed a contract that will send him half way around the world. Hopefully he can make a good living for himself out in Europe and possibly fine tune his craft to the point that he can return and play in the states agains somewhere down the line.

Pelicans are now in advanced discussions to sign point guard Gal Mekel.

Mekel was actually going to sign with the Pacers back in early November, but due to visa issues, the deal was never consummated. The Pelicans are now looking to add him as Tyreke Evans is being spread so thin due to injuries that they need a legitimate back-up to Jrue Holiday.

Free agent forward Ivan Johnson has signed into the NBA Development League, joining the available player pool.

Johnson spent two seasons with the Hawks between 2011-2013 averaging 6.5 points and 3.9 rebounds over 15.8 minutes per game.

Johnson was cut by the Mavericks in late October and he hasn't received much interest in that time. He'll join the D-League for now and hope that he can showcase himself enough to land a contract with someone.

Months after authorities dropped domestic assault charges against him, free agent forward Dante Cunningham could be returning to the NBA, league sources told Yahoo Sports.

Cunningham avoided domestic assault charges and could make a return to the NBA this season, if he is signed by a team. During his five year career, he has played for Portland, Charlotte, Memphis, and Minnesota. The Villanova product has averaged 6.2 points and 3.9 rebounds over his journeyman career.
