Harry Douglas (foot) returned to practice on Thursday.

Douglas returning to practice is a big thing for the Falcons right now as Roddy White continues to miss practices with an ankle sprain. Should White in unable to play, it would be Douglas who would step up and get the extra targets thrown his way.

Roddy White (ankle) did not practice on Thursday.

White also missed practice Wednesday and there is growing concern as to whether or not this injury could be similar to the high-ankle sprain that caused him to miss the first two months of the season last year. Consider him day-to-day for now, but keep tabs on his practice schedule. If he doesn't play, then Harry Douglas stands a chance of actually having a decent fantasy value this week.

WR Harry Douglas (foot) did not practice Wednesday.

Douglas has been dealing with the foot injury most of the season, however he has been able to fight through it for most of the Falcons games. Because of the injury, it has become the norm for Douglas to try to take it easy in practice during the week, and missing Wednesdays have become commonplace for the WR. When he does eventually play, don't expect him to produce much as most of the targets go to Roddy White and Julio Jones.

Roddy White (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday.

White did not practice on Wednesday, however the reason for his absence is undisclosed. Since early in the year, White has remained relatively healthy so it doesn't appear that White will miss the Falcons game on Sunday.

Falcons signed free-agent WR Freddie Martino to the practice squad.

Martino appeared in one game for the Falcons earlier this season but was cut after Atlanta decided to plug in different pieces on their active roster. He may get another shot with the team if the Falcons deal with any injuries at wide receiver over the next five weeks.

Falcons waived WR Ryan Spadola from the practice squad.

Teams often make roster moves throughout the week and Spadola has very little value making him a roster casualty.

William Moore will practice in pads with the team this week. If everything goes well, he will play Sunday.

It looks like Moore is all systems go to return in Week 13 for the Falcons. This is not a moment too soon for the Falcons who are holding onto hopes of a division title even with a below .500 record. The captain of the defense will be a much needed addition to that defensive backfield.

Desmond Trufant recorded three solo tackles and had two passes defended, including one interception against the Browns on Sunday.

While Trufant didn't exactly shut down Josh Gordon in this one, he still came up big with an interception in the end zone on a pass intended for Gordon late in the game. He now has 40 tackles on the year with interceptions in each of his last two games.

Kemal Ishmael recorded 11 tackles (seven solo) and had one interceptions during the Falcons' loss to the Browns on Sunday.

It was a great game for Ishmael who, for the second time this season, managed double-digit tackles. But it was his interception of Brian Hoyer late in the second quarter which helped stifle a drive that was moving well and into Atlanta territory that was his big moment. He now has 69 tackles on the season and interceptions in each of his last three games.

Matt Bryant successfully kicked a 53-yard field goal in his lone attempt and was 3-for-3 on extra-points during the Falcons' 26-24 loss to the Browns on Sunday.

The day was looking extremely bleak for Bryant owners until the late-game field goal which, if you get bonus points for length, was a nice kick. He continues to be one of the better and more reliable options amongst all kickers, so if you own him, you may as well just shuffle him out there each and every week.
