Justin Blalock (back) was scheduled to undergo an MRI Monday.

Blalock is an important part to protecting Matt Ryan, and they will hope the MRI reveals only positive news.

Coach Mike Smith said he expects to have Harry Douglas (foot) back at practice this week.

While Douglas was inactive Sunday because of his foot issue, the injury didn't seem to be too serious in the sense that it would hinder him long-term. With both Julio Jones and Roddy White in the lineup though, even if he plays, his value remains incredibly limited.

While his MRI results are still being evaluated, it's unlikely Falcons starting C Joe Hawley (knee) will play this week at Giants.

This could be a serious issue for the Falcons this week. We already saw how the loss of Jake Matthews hurt the Falcons pass protection, so moving to back-up center Peter Konz could be an issue this week against the Bears. Keep an eye on the practice schedule and watch how the Falcons make adjustments to keep Matt Ryan safe in the pocket.

Falcons C Joe Hawley (knee) has an MRI scheduled for Monday.

There are reports out there that the Falcons do not believe Hawley's season is over but there is also a lack of optimism surround his MRI on Monday.

Paul Worrilow recorded nine tackles in the Falcons’ 41-28 loss to Minnesota on Sunday.

Matt Bryant did not have any field goal attempts and converted all four of his extra points in the Falcons’ 41-28 loss to Minnesota on Sunday.

It is now two weeks in a row where Bryant's field goal attempts have been non-existent. A lot of this has to do with how successful Matt Ryan's passing game has been and how bad the running game has been as well. Bryant is one of the most accurate and consistent kickers in the league, but don't rule out making a change if you are losing patience.

Patrick DiMarco caught one pass on one target for a one-yard touchdown during Atlanta’s 41-28 loss to Minnesota.

DiMarco caught his only pass for a one-yard touchdown. Despite the score, he is not a viable fantasy option as he does not typically see many targets or opportunities.

Devin Hester caught five passes on seven targets for 70 yards and one touchdown in the Falcons’ loss to Minnesota on Sunday.

With Harry Douglas out, Devin Hester again had a chance to be Matt Ryan's third receiver. He took advantage of those opportunities catching five passes and scoring another touchdown on an impressive run after a short catch. Hester is a must start in leagues that award points for return yards, but don't expect similar involvement in the passing game when Atlanta's receivers are at full strength.

Roddy White caught four passes on 12 targets for 73 yards and one touchdown in Atlanta’s loss to the Vikings.

It was questionable whether White would be able to play in Week 4 after being limited in practice all week. But he took the field and was much more than a decoy as he caught a touchdown pass and was targeted 12 times. White is a great WR2 and should remain in your lineup as he continues to get healthier.

Julio Jones caught six passes on eight targets for 82 yards and no touchdowns in the Falcons’ 41-28 loss to Minnesota on Sunday.

Jones had a relatively pedestrian performance in Week 4 especially compared to his previous games. He did not find the end zone and only had eight targets. He is obviously a must-start, but he will have his work cut out for him in Week 5 against the Giants' much improved secondary.
