Colts list TE Dwayne Allen, OT Gosder Cherilus and CB Greg Toler as out for Sunday's game.

Both Toler and Allen were reported as out earlier. Now add Cherilus to the list. The only fantasy impact here is that Coby Fleener gets a boost in value with Allen out.

CB Greg Toler (concussion) will not play Sunday.

He hasn't been cleared yet via the NFL's concussion protocol. Josh Gordy will take his place in the starting lineup.

Dwayne Allen (ankle) will not play Sunday.

Here's the official rule-pout of Allen. He wasn't expected to play anyway though as he's missed practice all week long with his ankle injury. Coby Fleener becomes a must-start this week against the Jaguars.

Dwayne Allen (ankle) is not practicing on Friday.

Allen hasn't practiced all week and is expected to miss Sunday's game against Jacksonville. He may even miss Week 13 as well. Coby Fleener is expected to pick up all the slack and makes for an outstanding play this week.

Trent Richardson is expecting to add third-down duties in the absence of Ahmad Bradshaw.

This is a big test for Richardson and an optimal chance to shed his tomato-can image as one of the biggest busts in the game. He's going to have to step up his game in a major way and with no Bradhsaw and just Dan Herron serving as the back-up, Richardson should see virtually all of the touches out of this backfield. The Jaguars have the 19th-ranked run defense and are allowing an average of 126.2 rushing yards per game so it's certainly a favorable match-up. It's make or break time for this 23-year old, so keep your eye on him.

Trent Richardson (illness) returned to a full practice on Thursday.

The injury to Ahmad Bradshaw has opened the door for Richardson to see an expanded role going forward which gives him increased fantasy value for his owners.

Reggie Wayne returned to a full practice on Thursday.

Wayne caught five passes for 91 yards against the Patriots and would have had a bigger night had the Patriots not stuck him on Revis Island in the second half. The Colts wide receivers should see plenty of looks on Sunday thanks to the injuries to Ahmad Bradshaw and tight end Dwayne Allen.

Arthur Jones (ankle) is practicing in full this week for the first time since Week 8. He's expected to play on Sunday according to head coach Chuck Pagano.

Jones has appeared in just three games this season, recording just six tackles. Should he be active for Sunday, he will likely be rotated in, but he probably won't play enough snaps to even remotely be fantasy worthy in IDP leagues.

Colts will likely promote Zurlon Tipton from practice squad to be their third RB for Sunday.

Don't expect much from Tipton unless Trent Richardson or Dan Herron sustain an injury, or if the Colts happen to be a part of a blowout. Tipton is listed now as the third string RB in this Colts offense that typically only uses two.

Greg Toler came in Monday with a headache and is going through concussion protocol.

Toler has been a huge part of the success achieved by this Colts defense this season. After getting thrashed by New England last Sunday night, its reasonable to see why some of the Colts are a little beat up. If all goes well, Toler should be on the field on Sunday against Jacksonville.

Toler has started all 10 games in which he has played for the Colts this season. He has two interceptions and one in which he returned for a touchdown. The Colts would be alright against the Jaguars if he has to sit a week with the concussion.
