Cairo Santos made 3-of-3 field goals and converted two extra point attempts during the Cheifs' 23-20 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

After getting off to a slow start -- he missed two of his first four attempts-- Santos hasn't missed a field goal since Week 2. Still, he hasn't made an attempt of 50 or more yards this season, something we value very much in the fantasy community. He's low-end starting option in standard leagues.

Justin Houston had four tackles, including a sack during the Chiefs' 23-20 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Justin Houston is having pro-bowl caliber year so far, terrorizing opposing offenses on a weekly basis. He's a contract year and should be one of the market's hotter items. The Chiefs defense has a nice matchup at home against the Rams next week.

Knile Davis rushed 10 times for 25 yards during the Chiefs' 23-20 win over the Chargers on Sunday. He also caught one pass for 11 yards.

Jamaal Charles led the way with 22 carries, and Davis came in as a change-of-pace back. The Chiefs had great success running the ball and getting first downs on short-to-intermediate passes, so it wasn't surprising to see them work in Davis. He's just a desperation flex play as long Charles is healthy.

Travis Kelce caught four passes on four targets for 33 yards during the Chiefs' 23-20 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

After a couple of big weeks, Kelce was a disappointment Sunday against the Chargers. He only saw four targets and played just 40-of-75 snaps (53-percent). He's not a great blocking tight end, which makes him a bit of liability on a run-first offense. He's incredibly gifted, but he's touchdown dependent as a fantasy commodity.

Dwayne Bowe caught five passes on seven targets for 84 yards during the Chiefs' 23-20 win over the Chargers on Sunday.

Bowe led all Kansas City receivers with catches (5) and targets (7). Unfortunately, he still hasn't found the end zone, making him limited as a fantasy commodity. The Chiefs' plan seems to be to get the ball to either Travis Kelce or Jamaal Charles inside the 20-yard-line.

Jamaal Charles rushed 22 times for 95 yards and touchdown during the Chiefs' 23-20 win over the Chargers on Sunday. He also caught two passes for 12 yards.

It was a massive day for last season's point leader. He's well beyond the ankle injury that landed him on the shelf earlier this season, and he's re-established himself as a no doubt top-5 fantasy back. He'll have a nice matchup at home against the Rams next weekend.

Alex Smith completed 19-of-28 passes for 221 yards and a touchdown during the Chiefs' 23-20 win over the Chargers on Sunday. He also rushed six times for 29 yards.

Smith did an excellent job of managing the game -- because he's a *game manager.* He didn't turn the ball over in spite of being brutalized by the Chargers' pass rush on a number of occasions. After a slow start, Smith has been reliable signal caller for the Chiefs. He'll be a nice QB2-play vs. the Rams next weekend.

Junior Hemingway left Sunday's game with a hamstring injury. He will not return.

The Chiefs don't have much receiving talent on their roster outside of Bowe so an injury to Hemingway could given added looks to their tight end Kelce or Charles out of the back field.

Jamaal Charles is now the Chiefs all-time leading rusher, surpassing Priest Holmes.

This is a huge accomplishment considering the fact that Charles missed almost an entire season due to a torn ACL in 2011. Baring another serious injury Charles should continue to distance himself from Holmes and solidify his place as the Chiefs all-time leading rusher.

Donnie Avery (WR), Eric Berry (S), Aaron Murray (QB), Chris Owens (CB), Eric Kush (C), Damion Square (DE), Laurent Duvernay-Tardif (T)

Dwayne Bowe could actually be startable for fantasy with Donnie Avery out.
