Khris Middleton missed practice Wednesday and is expected to be out a couple of days after having a cyst removed.

This will not effect him for the regular season but the bigger concern for Middleton will be his role in Milwaukee this season. He seems like the odd man out with the Bucks' two best assets playing the same position as him. Middleton was one of the few stand outs in 2013 for a terrible Bucks' team but his minutes will likely take a significant hit in 2014-15.

Coach Jason Kidd said he wouldn't mind a committee at point guard with Kendall Marshall, Brandon Knight and Jerryd Bayless.

The Bucks added Kendall Marshall and Jerryd Bayless this off-season so that Knight could play more at the shooting guard position. Marshall is more of a pure point guard, so that may end up cutting into Knight's playing time this coming season.

Giannis Antetokounmpo says he is now 6-foot-11 and is somewhere between 215-217 pounds. He said he grew a bit and gained 10 pounds.

Antetokounmpo jump to 6'11 means he grew two inches in the off-season and is still listed as a guard on the Bucks depth chart which would make him a match-up nightmare at the position given his length and athleticism. The 19 year old will look to take the next step this season with the young athletic Milwaukee Bucks.

Damien Inglis said his right foot is healing, but he will not be playing for at least a month.

Inglis broke his foot while working out before the NBA draft. Most experts felt that Inglis was going to be a first round pick but fell into the second round because of his injury. His talent is very raw but he has tremendous upside for the rebuilding Bucks.

He's going to be bench depth and will be lucky to see any playing time during the regular season.

Free agent forward Elijah Millsap has signed a non-guaranteed deal with the Milwaukee Bucks.

He is the younger brother of NBA star Paul Millsap, and he impressed this summer for the 76ers summer league team. He has spent most of his four NBA seasons in the D-league. The UAB product will hope to earn a spot on the Bucks.

Clippers have traded Jared Dudley to the Bucks.

Dudley had a couple of mediocre season in Phoenix and was able to parlay that into a decent contract. His playing time will be limited on the Bucks because they just drafted Jabari Parker and have a solid, young project in Khris Middleton. Ignore Dudley in all fantasy leagues.

The Houston Rockets are trying to acquire free agent Ramon Sessions in a sign-and-trade with the Milwaukee Bucks.

Sessions will likely assume a backup role with the team he goes with. Last season Sessions scores 15.8 points and 4.8 rebounds in 32.5 minutes per game with the Bucks.

Giannis Antetokounmpo was hospitalized this weekend with gastroenteritis.

Nothing too serious here, or at least nothing that will affect him long-term with regard to his basketball career. He'll probably deal with a bout of dehydration after this, but this is all easily recovered from.
