Alex Presley Headshot

Tigers designated Alex Presley for assignment. Presley has cleared waivers and accepted his assignment to Triple-A Toledo.

This move corresponded to the activation of Jose Iglesias off of the DL. Considering his .198 batting average in the bigs so far this season, it is likely that Presley welcomed a trip back to Toledo, as he can work on his swing with the Mud Hens.

Stephen Paea Headshot

Redskins have cut DE Stephen Paea.

Paea just inked a lucrative 4-year, $21 million deal last offseason, however has yet to break through the Redskins second, let alone first defensive unit. Considering his high price tag and limited skillset, Paea became an expendable piece.

Zach Vigil Headshot

Dolphins place defensive linebacker Zach Vigil on reserve/non-football injury list.

Vigil has been dealing with a back injury that came to light only to the Dolphins at the beginning of training camp. With an early designation on the PUP, they decided to transfer him to the reserve/non-football injury list. Regardless of designations, little should have been expected from Vigil in the fantasy world anyway.

Dion Jordan Headshot

Dolphins place defensive end Dion Jordan on reserve/non-football injury list.

Jordan has been dealing with an undisclosed knee injury, that in fact has been largely a mystery to the Dolphins themselves. Considering they haven't exactly been privy to it over the last month, they decided to list him as a non-football injury candidate. All things considered, Jordan should have little impact in IDP leagues this season.

Prince Shembo Headshot

Prince Shembo has been suspended the first two games of the season.

This goes back to his charge of murdering a small dog in the spring of 2015. With no team looking to sign Shembo, his suspension means absolutely nothing in the football world, let alone the fantasy world.

Perry Riley Headshot

Perry Riley was released by Washington on Tuesday.

Considered a high-priced backup, Riley just was a luxury that the Redskins could no longer afford after he lost his job to Mason Foster. Expect teams to be calling him prior to the season kicking off, as Riley is no doubt a player with talent.

Sean Lee Headshot

Sean Lee is dealing with a knee injury. MRI taken shows it's nothing serious.

This is the last thing that Cowboy fans wanted to hear especially knowing Sean Lee's laundry list of injuries. The good news is that coach Jason Garrett says the results were "positive," which means the results of the MRI were negative. This does not seem to be a serious injury but it's Sean Lee. The Cowboys can ill afford to lose any more key members of their front seven.

John Crockett Headshot

John Crockett (shoulder) is not expected to be ready for Week 1 and per sources could be waived or placed on IR.

It is very likely that Crockett will be released by the Packers due to a severe shoulder injury which will have a lengthy recovery. This could end up having the Packers working out a settlement with Crockett.
