Free agent WR Brian Hartline is visiting the Bears Wednesday.

Tough to fit into the Bears system as anything more than an afterthought receiver with Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery leading the way. Still, Hartline could fit in as the third option but his fantasy upside would be minimal. Analysis: Howard Bender

After learning that he would not be returning to the Buffalo Bills, C.J. Spiller told a reporter, "I'm pretty sure Chip has my agent's phone number."

No, this isn't an episode of Trading Spaces. Spiller's quote was probably an off-hand remark in the wake of hearing he would not be returning to Bills camp this summer. Arizona, New York (Jets), San Francisco and Miami are already being linked to the explosive back, but it's much too early to put a finger on his eventual landing spot. The Eagles could be interested in a pass-catching, open-field running back like Spiller. Stay tuned.  Analysis: Spencer Silva

The Raiders could be interested in free agent wide receiver Randall Cobb.

Raiders' GM Reggie McKenzie drafted Cobb in his final year as the Packers' Director of Player Personnel. McKenzie apparently wants to reunite Cobb with his former mentor James Jones, who signed with the Raiders last offseason and was the team's most consistent receiver throughout the 2014 season. The question is, would the Raiders be able to convince Cobb to sign with them? They'll likely need to comfortably outbid the next highest bidder to earn rights to his services. If this scenario were to actually come to fruition, Derek Carr would get a nice boost in fantasy value.  Analysis: Spencer Silva

ESPN's Josina Anderson reports that the Cardinals, Jets, Dolphins and 49ers are among C.J. Spiller's potential suitors.

Spiller had spoken openly about his desire to return to Buffalo this offseason. However, the news dropped that the Bills traded for LeSean McCoy, signaling the end of an era for Spiller. He never fulfilled his potential in Buffalo, mostly stifled by nagging injuries, and he'll be fascinating in a different system. The upside is immense, and depending on whether or not he gets a gig as a leadback, he could be a prime RB2 candidate in drafts this fall.  Analysis: Spencer Silva

The Colts are one of the five teams Adrian Peterson listed that he'd like to play for.

Peterson apparently has a short list of teams he'd like to be traded to, and the Colts are one of them, apparently. The move would make sense: the Colts have plenty of cap space, Trent Richardson is terrible and Ahmad Bradshaw is a free agent. Simply put, the Indy backfield is nothing but sand and tumbleweeds.  Analysis: Spencer Silva

Greg Hardy will meet with NFL officials Wednesday regarding his domestic violence case.

Hardy played in just one game for the Panthers last season before being placed on the commissioners-exempt list. The NFLPA wants Hardy to be reinstated immediately, but whether that actually happens remains to be seen. If Hardy is reinstated, several teams will be vying for his services. Analysis: David Kerr

Vikings coach Mike Zimmer and G.M. Rick Spielman will fly to Houston on Wednesday to meet with Adrian Peterson.

This whole Adrian Peterson saga is completely played out and now Vikings head coach Mike Zimmer will travel to Houston and make his pitch to retain the star running back. It is anyone's guess as to how this situation will play out, but it seems clear that the Vikings want to bring Peterson back in 2015. We'll have analysis once the results of the meeting between Peterson and Zimmer concludes. Analysis: David Kerr

Ted Ginn Jr. visited with the Titans Tuesday and is expected to meet with the 49ers on Wednesday.

Ginn Jr. is familiar with the 49ers as he played with the team between 2010-2012. Where ever he lands, Ginn Jr. will certainly be a key member of the return time with occasional snaps on offense. Analysis: David Kerr

Cowboys are pretty confident that they’ll have a chance at re-signing running back DeMarco Murray.

This is great news for the Cowboys and their fans. It is no secret that Murray would like to stay in Dallas, but as always, money is the real issue. While Murray is a very important piece this offseason, Dallas is also trying to lock up Dez Bryant. At this point, the Cowboys should be considered the favorites to retain Murray, but it may be awhile before anything is official. Analysis: David Kerr

C.J. Spiller said the Bills have informed him he'll be cut.

With the blockbuster news that the Bills have traded for LeSean "Shady" McCoy this move had to be expected. Many teams have already been rumored to be interested in Spiller as he is an explosive player with great pass catching ability out of the back field. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Colts are signing long snapper Matt Overton to contract extension.

Overton was a named to the 2013 Pro Bowl as a long snapper and has appeared in all 48 games since signing with the Colts back in 2012. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Adrian Peterson has listed five teams he would like to be traded to this offseason.

Peterson has made it clear he does not want to play for the Vikings and given his known preference to play for the Cowboys and their current need at the position it will be interesting to see if the Cowboys and Vikings once again make a trade featuring a prominent running back with this time the Vikings looking rebuild their organization. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Bills are trading Kiko Alonso to the Eagles for RB LeSean McCoy. The trade will be official next week.

The situation sounds to be very fluid (and wouldn't be able to be made official until next week), as McCoy's agent - Drew Rosenhaus - recently tweeted out, "I just spoke with the Eagles organization and there is no trade for LeSean at this time. There have been discussions but nothing finalized." The 26-year-old running back rushed for 1,319 yards and five touchdowns for the Eagles in 2014. Check back soon as information continues to unfold.  Analysis: Keith Tro

Titans claimed former Falcons DE Jonathan Massaquoi.

Jonathan Massaquoi, 26, tallied 70 tackles and six sacks during his first three seasons with the Falcons. The Titans need help at the outside linebacker spot and have decided to take a shot on Maasaquoi.  Analysis: Keith Tro

Eagles will be releasing Trent Cole after both sides could not agree on a revised contract.

Trent Cole's release is scheduled to be made final on Wednesday. The 32-year-old has spent the last 10 seasons in Philly, but will be looking for a new home as the two sides were unable to come to terms on a revised deal.  Analysis: Keith Tro Mobile App
