Bears announced they signed former Falcons RB Jacquizz Rodgers to one-year deal.

Rodgers has spent his four NFL seasons with the Falcons as a change of pace back and should fill the same role with Chicago. He doesn't have much fantasy value outside of deeper PPR leagues. Analysis: David Kerr

Hakeem Nicks had a tryout with the 49ers on Tuesday.

Nicks is in the twilight of his career and coming off of a season with Indianapolis where he caught 38 passes for 405 yards and four touchdowns. He's unlikely to have much fantasy relevance no matter where he signs. Analysis: David Kerr

Texans have interest in former Texans defensive end Antonio Smith who was released by the Raiders.

The Texans have a stellar defensive line as it is, so Smith would be more of a rotational player even though he started all 16 games for the Raiders last year. He may choose to go to a team that will give him a starting job as there are plenty of teams in need of help on the defensive line. Analysis: David Kerr

Colts announced they've signed WR Vincent Brown.

Vincent Brown will serve as depth in the Colts passing game but outside of being used in four or five receiver sets it is unlikely he will have a lasting impact in the fantasy game. At best he will be a waiver wire add at some point in 2015 but even that is being optimistic.  Analysis: Matthew Beck

Cardinals announce they've signed QB Chandler Harnish to a one-year contract.

Harnish will be nothing more than a backup quarterback in 2015 after never sniffing the field in a regular season game in his time with both the Colts and the Vikings. At best he will be the practice squad quarterback for the Cardinals if he is lucky.  Analysis: Matthew Beck

Raiders have released defensive lineman Antonio Smith.

After logging only 20 combined tackles for the Raiders in 2014 the team has decided to cut ties with their 33-year-old defensive lineman. With both his age and production in the decline it would be a surprise if he makes it onto a roster come the start of the 2015 season.  Analysis: Matthew Beck

49ers signed former Packers LB Desmond Bishop to a one-year contract.

The Cardinals waived Desmond Bishop back in December and shortly thereafter the 49ers signed him. He played in just two games in San Francisco but impressed enough to be re-signed by the club. He will be 31 before the start of the season and will have to fight for a spot on special teams. Analysis: Drew Phelps

Update: The Ravens have signed QB Matt Schaub.

The Ravens have brought in the washed up 34-year-old to back up their guy Joe Flacco. Everyone in Charm City hopes and prays that they never see Schaub take the field during a regular or post season game in 2015.  Analysis: Drew Phelps

Veteran quarterback Matt Schaub will visit with the Ravens.

The Cowboys, Titans and Falcons are all teams interested in signing the 34-year-old veteran. You should expect nothing more than back-up value from Schaub and most of these teams hope he never sees the field.  Analysis: Drew Phelps

Stevan Ridley is visiting with the Dolphins on Tuesday.

It could be an interesting fit, but Ridley and Lamar Miller are fairly similar running backs. Of course, anything that gets Daniel Thomas out of the picture has to be addition by subtraction, so you never know. Analysis: Howard Bender

Free agent RB Jacquizz Rodgers is visiting with the Chicago Bears.

Rodgers will tour around looking for work, but he's not likely to find anything of any real substance. The undersized back had a hard time developing in Atlanta and doesn't really have the breakout running style many hoped he would have. He would be nothing more than a depth play.  Analysis: Howard Bender

Tyrann Mathieu say's he's fully healthy and ready to return to his old self.

Mathieu was recovering from an ACL tear in 2014, but was able to find the field in 13 games and make 38 tackles. Alongside Patrick Patterson, the two provide a talented secondary in Arizona. Analysis: Rob Trayah
