Omri Casspi and the Kings have agreed to a two-year, $6 million contract.

The Kings were pretty desperate for outside shooting, and Casspi shot a career-high .402% on threes last season. He appeared in 67 games for the Kings in 2014-15, averaging 8.9 points in 21.1 minutes per game. Analysis: Steve Pimental

The Bucks are now denying reports that Jason Kidd will be named the team's general manager this week.

Welp, scratch that. Kidd led the Bucks to the postseason in 2014-2015, but who knows if he will be the GM. Time will tell for Milwaukee. Analysis: Rob Trayah

Omri Casspi and the Kings are nearing a two-year agreement worth $6 million to keep him in Sacramento.

Casspi averaged 8.9 PPG with 3.9 RPG playing in Sacramento last season. He did average 19.9 PPG in April while DeMarcus Cousins was rested. The $3 million AAV might make Casspi a value buy and a nice backup for Boogie next season. Analysis: Rob Trayah

Cory Joseph is close to signing a deal with the Raptors.

Joseph appears to be moving on from San Antonio and making his return back home. At this point, Luke Ridnour will be the odd-man out again and will have to find a new home, just his sixth of the summer. Analysis: Rob Trayah

The Pistons have agreed to sign restricted free agent guard Reggie Jackson on a five-year, $80 million extension to stay with the team.

Jackson was acquired mid-season from Oklahoma City so it was imperative for the Pistons to lock him up long term. With Greg Monroe now moving on to Milwaukee, Jackson can pair with Andre Drummond to put together a formidable 1-2 scoring punch in Detroit. Analysis: Rob Trayah

Bucks Head Coach Jason Kidd is expected to be named team general manager this week.

Kidd took the Bucks to the playoffs in his first year, and has been able to land Greg Monroe in free-agency. He has been impressive when given the tools, and Milwaukee fans can only hope that it continues into the future. Analysis: Rob Trayah

Both Robert Sacre and Ryan Kelly are candidates to be traded to the Pacers in return for Roy Hibbert.

Sacre was a late second round pick in 2012 and hasn't had much of an impact on the Lakers and is more or less just a body headed to Indiana. He averaged 4.6 PPG with 3.5 RPG in 2014-2015. Analysis: Rob Trayah

The Mavericks are eyeing a sign-and-trade with the Lakers involving Jeremy Lin.

The Mavericks were able to land DeAndre Jordan, but have virtually no backcourt with Monta Ellis moving on from Dallas. With little cap space, Dallas needs to incorporate a sign-and-trade and are looking to LA for Jeremy Lin. Analysis: Rob Trayah

Nick Young is a strong candidate to he traded by the Lakers, who are working towards freeing up salary cap space.

Lou Williams is going to the Lakers so the ball can't be shot by three people at the same time. Young never really took the major step forward last year with Kobe Bryant out of the lineup, so the Lakers are looking to move Young. He had 13.4 PPG on 36% shooting in 23.8 MPG. Analysis: Rob Trayah

Celtics free agent forward Brandon Bass to sign with the Lakers, a source told Yahoo Sports.

No word on term or cost yet, but Bass was made expendable with the signing of Amir Johnson in Boston. Bass will take his talents to the west coast and become a role player for the Lakers. Analysis: Rob Trayah

The Spurs have withdrawn qualifying offer to Cory Joseph.

After signing Lamarcus Aldrigde, the Spurs are going to be up against the cap. As a result, they won't have room to fit Joseph in under the cap given the qualifying offer previously made. But even if they squeeze Joseph in under the cap, he's not really a rotation player. Analysis: Brett Talley

Jeremy Evans agreed to a two-year deal with the Mavericks.

Evans averaged just seven minutes per game with the Jazz last year. He's nothing more than depth for the Mavs and shouldn't have any fantasy value. Analysis: Brett Talley

Cavaliers are considering trading for Joe Johnson.

The Cavs have a nice trade chip in Brendan Haywood's $10.5 million non-guaranteed contract. Apparently they're considering using it to acquire Johnson to add some perimeter scoring. Analysis: Brett Talley

Lou Williams has reached agreement on a deal with the Los Angeles Lakers.

Williams averaged 15.5 points per game in 25.2 minutes per game with Toronto last year. He'll play behind Kobe on the depth chart. Analysis: Brett Talley
