Clippers coach Doc Rivers says Jordan Hamilton will most likely get a second 10-day contract.

Hamilton has averaged 22 minutes in his last two games with the Clippers, so his stock is rising somewhat, but he can safely be avoided in fantasy leagues. His will see inconsistent minutes going forward and shouldn't be viewed as anything more than a deep GPP flyer in DFS leagues. Analysis: David Kerr

Timberwolves have waived Glenn Robinson Jr.

Robinson Jr. was waived to make room for Justin Hamilton who was recently claimed by Minnesota. He is averaging just 1.2 points this season and isn't likely to garner a lot of interest from other teams. Analysis: David Kerr

Timberwolves have claimed Justin Hamilton off waivers.

Hamilton was recently waived by the Pelicans and the T'Wolves decided to bring him aboard. He is averaging just 2.8 points this season. Analysis: David Kerr

Nick Young (knee) is questionable for Friday's game against Memphis.

Young has missed eight of the Lakers last 15 games, and has only scored more than 10 points three times since facing the Spurs on 1/23/15. There's no reason to fill a roster spot with Young until he can string together a couple of healthy, double-digit-scoring performances. Analysis: Brad Costilo

The Utah Jazz are expected to sign Bryce Cotton to a second 10-day contract.

The 22-year-old Cotton scored three points, grabbed two rebounds and dished-out one assist in seven minutes of action in his only appearance thus far, and apparently that was enough to warrant another 10-day contract. Under no circumstances should you consider Cotton a fantasy option at this point (or in the near future). Analysis: Brad Costilo

Avery Bradley (left elbow sprain) did not travel with the team to New Orleans and won't play in Friday's game.

Bradley has been a source of decent-ish scoring (13.9 points per game) this year, but little else (1.6 assists and 2.9 rebounds per game). Feel free to leave him out of your lineup for a few games after he returns to ensure that you will get what little production you need out of him. Analysis: Brad Costilo

Coach Rick Carlisle says "it's looking good" for Tyson Chandler (left hip) to play Thursday.

Chandler, who produced double-doubles in five of his eight appearances in February prior to injuring his hip, should be back in your lineup as soon as he's cleared to return to action. Analysis: Brad Costilo

Chandler Parsons (left ankle) is out two more games.

After a very consistent November through January, during which time Parsons scored at least 10 points in 37 of 45 games, his production became erratic in February, with Parsons failing to score 10 points in three of the eight games he played prior to suffering this ankle injury on 2/22. You should probably give Parsons a few games back in action prior to returning him to your lineup, just to make sure that he's producing at a consistent level once again. Analysis: Brad Costilo

Rockets to send Nick Johnson to the D-League for a couple games. He will likely to rejoin Rockets in Portland.

With Johnson only averaging 10.3 minutes, 3.1 points and 1.3 rebounds per game as a rookie, this move shouldn't impact anyone's fantasy team. Analysis: Brad Costilo

Kris Humphries will not play Friday in Miami.

Humphries, who hasn't played since injuring his hamstring on February 25th, hasn't been much of a fantasy force when healthy. In fact, Humphries has only gotten double-digit points (11 on 2/22) once in the last month, and it's the same story with rebounds (11 on 2/7). Analysis: Brad Costilo

JaVale McGee will not be going to the Celtics. The two sides couldn't reach an agreement on a contract.

While it looked like McGee might develop into a fantasy basketball force in 2011-12 when he averaged 11.9 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks a game, his production has been pretty terrible ever since (averaging about 8.0 points, 4.2 rebounds, and 1.0 block per game since). Even if McGee signs on somewhere soon, feel free to ignore him as a fantasy option. Analysis: Brad Costilo

Update: Dwight Howard (knee) is making progress in his recovery from a knee injury, but there is no timetable for his return,

Howard, who's been out since injuring his knee on January 23rd, is having the second worst season of his career (from a fantasy perspective) averaging 16.3 points, 11.0 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.4 blocks, and 0.7 steals per game this year. To put those numbers into perspective, Howard hasn't averaged under 17.1 points per game since his second season in 2005-06, hasn't averaged under 12.2 rebounds per game since his rookie season of 2004-05, has never averaged fewer than 1.4 blocks per game, has never averaged fewer than 0.8 steals per game, and has only averaged under 1.4 assists per game twice in his 11 year career. On top of everything, Howard is averaging the fewest minutes played per game at only 32.2 this year. Analysis: Brad Costilo

Taj Gibson (ankle) is showing improvement from his ankle injury but is still expected to miss a few more games, according to head coach Tom Thibodeau.

Gibson's absence has paved the way for Nikola Mirotic to see increased minutes off the bench in which he is averaging 26.0 points, 8.5 rebounds and 2.5 three-pointers over the past two games. As long as Gibson is out Mirotic is a must stat in all fantasy formats. Analysis: Jonathan Impemba

Jordan McRae will join the 76ers' D-League affiliate.

McRae had been playing over in Australia for the Melbourne United of the NBL. In 27 games for Melbourne, McRae averaged 19.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.0 steals, and 0.9 blocks per game and could quickly find himself called up to the Sixers roster if he excels in the D-League.  Analysis: Jonathan Impemba
