FANTASY PLAYER UPDATES & NEWS

Jrue Holiday (leg) a game-time decision Saturday for Game 4.

Holiday was able to play 17 minutes in the Pelicans last game, so there's a decent chance that he plays, though he'll probably be limited in terms of minutes by the injury. Analysis: Ben Diamond

Nikola Mirotic (quad, knee) will play on Saturday.

The rookie forward injured his quad in Game Two and missed the next contest. He will see minutes off the bench in the forecourt for the Bulls when they take on the Bucks and try to wrap up the first round series. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Coach Kevin McHale said Dwight Howard felt good Saturday morning and told him to have a light day and just shoot free throws.

Howard has been dominant in the post-season so far. He grabbed 26 rebounds with three assists, two steals, and two blocks in 38 minutes of action in Friday's Game Three against the Mavs. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Beno Udrih (ankle) sat out shootaround and is listed as questionable for Saturday's game.

He sprained his ankle in Wednesday's game, but did return to the contest. He has been strong off the bench, conributing 10 points , one assist, and one rebound in 19 minutes on Wednesday. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Richard Jefferson (calf) is questionable to play in Game 4.

He suffered a calf injury in Friday night's game which limited him to just 12 minutes. IF he cannot go, than Al-Farouq Aminu to step in as starter at small forward. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

James Michael McAdoo has been assigned to Santa Cruz of the D-League.

The Warriors' D-League affiliate team is in that league's finals. He had been ruled out with an illness for Saturday's game already before the assignment occurred, so it will be interesting to see how much he contributes to the Santa Cruz effort. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Cory Jefferson is inactive for the Nets on Saturday.

Jefferson lost his role as a bench option with the news that Earl Clark will be activated. Active or inactive, he will see the same number of minutes on the floor: zero. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Earl Clark is active for the Nets on Saturday.

Clark did not play in Game 2. He will be in the forecourt on Saturday, while Cory Jefferson sits. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle has been fined $25,000 for public criticism of officiating.

Carlisle was most upset about the first play of the fourth period, when Dwight Howard "checked" Devin Harris into the Mav's bench. At his post-game presser, he went off about how the game "needs to be played within the rules." Carlisle is normally reserved in his criticism of officiating, so this is an aberration for him, and an expensive one at that. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Jared Sullinger (bruised tailbone) did not practice Saturday, but is probable for Sunday.

With the Bucks facing elimination, his absence from practice is likely just a precaution. He has not been a force in the first three games of the playoff series against the Cavs, averaging just 9.3 points (57% shooting), 5.7 rebounds, 0.7 blocks, and 0.7 three-pointers over 18 minutes. Analysis: Ivar G. Anderson

Trevor Booker wants to remain with the Jazz next season, but understands it's a business and will see how it plays out.

Booker was on a one-year deal with the Jazz this year and did well in a support role for the team. He averaged 19.8 minutes per game with 7.2 points and 5.0 rebounds and is likely only to return if the deal is economically favorable for the Jazz. Analysis: Howard Bender

Raymond Felton (hamstring) said he will play in Game 4 no matter what. "They'll have to cut my leg off for me not to play.”

Felton was moved into the starting lineup to replace Rajon Rondo, but pulled his hamstring in Game 3 and played just 13 minutes. He's being considered day-to-day. If he's not able to go, Devin Harris and J.J. Barea should see the extra time. Analysis: Howard Bender

Richard Jefferson left Friday's game with a calf injury and did not return.

Jefferson played just 12 minutes and scored three points with one rebound, one assists and two steals. He's being considered day-to-day for now and will be re-evaluated Saturday. If he is unable to play in Game 4, Al-Farouq Aminu would likely fill in. Analysis: Howard Bender

Danny Green scored 11 points (4-8 FGA) going 3-for-6 from three-point range with six rebounds, two assists and three steals in Friday's 100-73 win over the Clippers.

Green is off to a slow start in the postseason as he is now averaging 8.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.3 three-pointers through three games. If the Spurs want to get by the Clippers, Green will have to pick up his game from behind the arc considering he is one of the better three-point shooters in the game.  Analysis: Matthew Beck

Kawhi Leonard scored a game-high 32 points (13-18 FGA, 3-3 FTA) going 3-for-5 from three-point range with four rebounds, one assist, three steals and two blocks in Friday's 100-73 win over the Clippers.

Leonard has been on fire this postseason as he is now averaging 24.3 points, 6.5 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 2.3 steals through three games. He is clearly the go-to- option in the Spurs offense at this point in his career and should only get better form here at the age of 23.  Analysis: Matthew Beck
