Any rumors of the Heat trading Dragic to the Kings were squashed yesterday when Heat head coach Erik Spoelstra personally spoke to Dragic during morning shoot-around to inform him that the trade talk rumors are all false. Dragic sat out last night's game, but says he is good to go for the regular season which begins next week.
Johnson did not play last week against the Lions, and will not suit up in London either for this week's game. The Rams will be in for a tough day if they are unable to slow down the Giants passing attack.
Logan looks to be out for this Sunday's game after he suffered a significant groin strain against Washington. He has been held out of practice the past two days, and signs point towards Beau Allen replacing Logan in the Eagles starting defensive front.
Brooks missed practice on Wednesday, but returned to being a limited participant on Thursday. Will have to wait and see how his calf injury is feeling closer to Sunday, but the Eagles already have concerns with the defensive corners, and hope that Brooks will be on the field come Sunday.
McCoy is more than likely out this week, making Gillislee the main RB for the Bills this week. After recording his first TD of the season two weeks ago, Gillislee had 61 yards off 6 carries with another TD last week. Most of that was from his 44 yard TD run. If McCoy is out, this will be his second career start. The Bills opponent, Miami, is ranked 24th in rush defense so far this season.
