Thunderstorms are never a good thing, but at least it won't be windy as Pittsburgh visits the Titans tonight.  Could be some sloppy field conditions if the rains come before the kickoff, but I wouldn't avoid starting a player because of that possibility.  Play  your guys as your gut instructs you, and worry not one whit about the weather.

More details to follow on Saturday for the rest of the contests in the table above.

UPDATE:  Not really liking what is forecast for the Bengals/Browns game in Cleveland.  The wind and rain may interfere with the passing game, and if there is significant rain pre-game, the field conditions could be dicey for the run game as well.  The Miami game has some wind problems as well, swirling with thunderstorms makes for another game that is questionable in terms of accurate QB performance.  Philly looks to be breezy, too, but no rain, so that match up doesn't concern me so much.  The rest of the games don't have any red flags, at least weather-wise, so I wouldn't recommend any roster tweaks based on the conditions in those games.
