This was the most successful week of the season as the group is looking up with some strong performances from Jeff Mans, Drew Phelps, and Michael Stein. Drew and Michael managed to go unbeaten in Week 7. Hannah struggled with a 1-3-1 week but she is not here for her football knowledge as her picture can attest. This looks like the beginning of a nice run by all of the participants so now is time to hit the window with us. Here are the Week 8 Five Game Parlay Picks.

Ted Schuster of Fantasy Alarm (@Tedschuster)
Carolina Panthers +7 @ Chicago Bears
Cam Newton and Company has been an absolute train wreck as of late. The GM has been fired and everyone is feeling the hot seat. There are changes being made on the offense that hopefully leads to better results. I think the Panthers can keep things close in this one against an ailing Jay Cutler.
Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets -2
The Jets have plenty of issues but they did manage a road win in Miami earlier in the season. New York has done a decent job of keeping things together despite the challenges and should be able to do just enough to sweep the season series.
Seattle Seahawks +2 @ Detroit Lions
Matthew Stafford has been terrible of late and the Lions look lost right now. Russell Wilson has been awful on the road this year so expect plenty of Marshawn Lynch vs. a bad rush defense. Seattle should control this game for a nice road win.
Washington Redskins @ Pittsburgh Steelers -4.5
Pittsburgh is a much better team on the road as the defense tends to step up. The Redskins have done a nice job hanging around but their defense has been terrible in the 4th quarter in particular. RG III will not be enough to stay within a TD.
Oakland Raiders +1 @ Kansas City Chiefs
The Brady Quinn era is about to begin in Kansas City as Romeo Crennel looks for a way to keep his job. Oakland has struggled as well but they have won the last 5 in Arrowhead so I think they will be make it 6 as the Chiefs look completely lost.
Michael Stein of Fantasy Judgment (@FantasyJudgment)
New Orleans Saints +6 @ Denver Broncos
The Saints have now won two games in a row and could finally be clicking after a terrible start. Denver has been inconsistent but fortunate to be 3-3 in first place in the awful AFC West. This one will be a shootout between two of the greatest quarterbacks of all time. I like Denver to pull this one out at home, but the Saints will keep it close. PREDICTION: Denver 36 New Orleans 31
Miami Dolphins @ New York Jets -2.5
This rivalry has spurred some of the lamest trash-talking in the history of sports between Rex Ryan and Reggie Bush. Miami has played better than anyone expected and could easily be 5-1. The Jets are a mess but somehow still right in the thick of things in the mediocre AFC East. This one will be a relatively low-scoring mess of a game where neither team looks good regardless of the outcome. PREDICTION: NY Jets 23 Miami 17
New England Patriots -7 vs. St Louis Rams
It is incredible that the Patriots are only 4-3 and have looked so pedestrian this entire season. The Rams are an improved team overall and will give the Patriots a challenge with their defense – for part of the game. However, New England is too talented and is clearly the better team. This could be close at halftime but won’t be by the end. PREDICTION: New England 38 St. Louis 20
New York Giants @ Dallas Cowboys +2.5
Call this one a gut instinct. My New York Giants are 3-0 in the Cowboys’ majestic new stadium. My New York Giants are in 1st place in the NFC East coming off a great come-from-behind win against the division rival Redskins. My New York Giants will unquestionably be motivated to avenge their loss to Dallas earlier in the season. My New York Giants are going to lose this game. But it’s ok because they have won Super Bowls despite having awful losses and sweeps to division opponents. PREDICTION: Dallas 30 NY Giants 27
Carolina Panthers @ Chicago Bears -7
It has been a disaster for the Panthers with Cam Newton’s heart and attitude called into question, as well as organizational changes that have been made already. The Bears have been one of the best defenses in the league and should not have much of a problem shutting down Carolina. Even with Jay Cutler banged up, Chicago should win this one easily by double digits. PREDICTION: Chicago 27 Carolina 13
Jeff Mans of Fantasy Alarm (@jeff_mans)
New York Giants (-2.5) at Dallas Cowboys
If the Giants can go into San Francisco and kick the crap out of the 49ers they most certainly can beat the Cowboys by a field goal. These are completely different teams than in week 1.
Philadelphia Eagles (-2.5) vs. Atlanta Falcons
Both teams are coming off a bye but the Eagles need the game more and Andy Reid will have his team better prepared for a huge ballgame against the only undefeated team left in the NFL.
Oakland Raiders (+1) at Kansas City Chiefs
I don’t know why but I really believe that the Raiders are going to straight up win this game. Brady Quinn isn’t the answer in KC and Darren McFadden is due for a big game.
New York Jets (-2) vs. Miami Dolphins
The Jets aren’t going gently into that good night and they have a little extra motivation this week against their division rival Dolphins.
New Orleans Saints (+6) at Denver Broncos
There could be 100 points scored in this game! But every time we expect a high scoring affair the exact opposite happens. Either way, the Saints have way too much offensive firepower to not stay within a TD of the also defensively challenged Broncos.
Drew Phelps of SiriusXM (@djdrew05)
Seattle Seahawks +1.5 @ Detroit Lions
The Lions have become one dimensional and Seattle will pin their ears back and attack Matt Stafford all afternoon. This game could get ugly real quick.
Washington Redskins +4.5 @ Pittsburgh Steelers
The Redskins prove every week that they can score with any team in the NFL but also that their secondary will continue to give up as much or more than their offense can produce.
New York Giants -2.5 @ Dallas Cowboys
I do not believe in the Cowboys and that week one win over the Giants was the best game they've played all season. When you are giving the Super Bowl Champs points, sounds like a great bet to me.
Jacksonville Jaguars @ Green Bay Packers -14
Normally it seems insane to take a line this big but the Packers at home against a team missing their starting QB and RB seems like a solid bet
New England Patriots -7 vs. St Louis Rams
I feel like the Patriots have not had that signature win to show the league that they still are the team to beat in the AFC. This week I feel is the perfect opportunity for Tom Brady and crew to do that.
Hannah Landrigan- Mineral Area College Cheerleader (@HannahLandrigan)
St. Louis Rams (+7) vs. New England Patriots
Even Tom Brady’s raw sexuality won’t stop me from picking my boys this week!!
Arizona Cardinals (+7) vs. San Francisco 49ers
My Dad always tells me to pick the Cardinals. I don’t even know anything about them though.
Green Bay Packers (-14) vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Packers always win!!
Tennessee Titans (-3.5) vs. Indianapolis Colts
LOVE Tennessee!!!
Pittsburgh Steelers (-4.5) vs. Washington Redskins
I’ve been drinking and forgot who my last team was so let’s just go with the Pittsburgh team.

Want to know a little bit more about each participant? Really? You do? Why? Well, in that case, we profile each competitor.
Ted Schuster is the co-host of the Fantasy Alarm Show on SIRIUS/XM with Jeff Mans. Always the angriest person in the room and never afraid to say someone sucks. I am always hating on someone or some team. Lifelong sports fan that will watch just about every sport around but nothing compares to NFL and College Football which is what you can find me doing each and every weekend during the fall and winter months.
Michael Stein of Fantasy Judgment is the Supreme Court Justice of the Fantasy Football world. Stein is the man to go to if you have any sort of issue in your fantasy football league. Fantasy Judgment is the site you need if you have a rogue commissioner who is pulling things over on your league, a trade that just seems to be really fishy, or any other kind of shenanigans that can take a good fantasy league and make it turn badly. Not to mention the fine work that he does for us here at Fantasy Alarm. Stein picks like he has had a lobotomy, so be careful before you put any of your hard earned money on any selections that he makes!
Jeff Mans has played fantasy football for over 20 years and is my partner on The Fantasy Alarm Show. Jeff’s outside the box thinking has served him well and gained him much attention throughout the fantasy sports industry. He’s won many championships but few friends in the process. Although he has a wealth of knowledge and never shuts up, he knows that he’ll need to get through me to win this competition.
Drew Phelps is the Executive Producer of the Fantasy Alarm Show on SiriusXM Satellite Radio. Lifelong suffering Washigton DC sports fan and very cynical when it comes to his own teams, but can you blame him? He has been in handicapping sporting events for over 10 years now but just really hit his stride over the past couple seasons especially in the NFL.
Hannah Landrigan is a Freshman cheerleader at Mineral Area College in Missouri. She is a legend on Twitter (@hannahlandrigan) mostly for her hot as hell pictures of her under a waterfall but also for her quick wit and social commentary. Her favorite team in all of sports is the Duke Blue Devils college basketball team. She is admittedly not a big NFL fan but likes to play rough with the boys and thus is in it to win it.
I do love the way you have presented this situation and it does indeed supply us some fodder for thought. On the other hand, through what I have observed, I basically trust as other remarks stack on that people keep on issue and in no way get started on a tirade of the news of the day. Still, thank you for this exceptional point and while I can not necessarily concur with the idea in totality, I value your point of view.
