Juan Uribe is out of the lineup on Friday.

Uribe has been in the lineup roughly every other day of late, with Jose Ramirez getting a good chunk of the playing time at the hot corner. The switch-hitting Ramirez will hit fifth against righty Marcus Stroman.

Troy Tulowitzki is in the starting lineup on Friday.

Kevin Pillar is in the lineup on Friday in center field.

Pillar and his .257/.286/.402 slash line will take on Cleveland's Josh Tomlin later today. He's a viable option to go with in fantasy leagues right now, but not a recommended option in DFS ones.

Jeremy Lin has agreed to a three-year, $36 million deal with Brooklyn.

Linsanity is back in New York. Lin worked with Nets coach Kenny Atkinson during his time with the Knicks, so this is a great fit for the 27-year-old. Lin should be the starting PG on opening night and his fantasy value will get a significant boost, while Isaiah Whitehead and Caris LeVert lose a bit of value with this news. Lin's deal includes a player option for the third year.
